Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Commercial / B2B)

Deploy is a new suite of consulting solutions designed to respond to fast‑evolving customer needs for execution support, with a dual mission: deployment and value realisation over the entire lifetime of major assets. Value realisation is a complex task, and with Deploy we can de‑risk the entire client/asset journey, from implementation to adoption, usage, and product evolution. This is done through a set of new capabilities focused on expert execution support, that we are bringing in to complement the traditional Advisors areas of strength.

• Support to drive the launch of new Corporate / Commercial products and monitor & optimise the existing products
• Implementation of Go to market strategy
• Support active commercialisation of proposition by working with all internal and external stakeholders
• Help in developing management Information/Performance dashboard on a corporate card portfolio
• Work with Mastercard and ensure all revenues/costs are accounted for regularly
• Help the end‑to‑end owners of the proposition for a seamless client journey i.e. to ensure all touch points internally and externally are aligned in the delivery of this proposition
• Support with Market Research and Analysis:
  Understanding the needs of businesses and the existing landscape of commercial products. This involves market research, competitor analysis, and identifying gaps or opportunities in the market
• Prepare and present reports on the performance of the commercial products, including cost, revenue, profitability, and market engagement
• Align product features with the risk and fraud framework to minimise fraud and ensure the security of card transactions
• Support the optimisation of Credit Risk policies
• Provide internal training on the new products
• Leverage Mastercard assets and resources, when applicable, to deliver support on the above‑mentioned responsibilities
