We are seeking a polished, reliable, and adaptable Wellness Operations & Client Support Associate to support a growing wellness and lifestyle business ecosystem across operations, client communication, order fulfillment, wellness product sales support, and business development support.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, presentable, and confident communicating with clients in a calm and professional manner. The position requires flexibility and the ability to move comfortably between operational responsibilities and client-facing tasks depending on the needs of the business.
This role is best suited for someone adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working across evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Fulfillment- Process and prepare customer orders
- Carefully pack wellness and ritual products according to brand standards
- Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries
- Maintain product organization and inventory
- Assist with stock counting and operational organization
- Respond to client inquiries via email and Whats App
- Maintain professional and polished communication
- Follow up with leads and customer requests
- Provide basic guidance regarding products and services
- Receive clients interested in sound healing bowls and wellness products
- Assist clients throughout the sales process in a calm and professional manner
- Learn the basics of the product catalog and communicate product features confidently
- Maintain presentation standards within the workspace and operational environment
- Reach out to yoga studios, wellness centers, hotels, spas, and concept stores for product distribution and placement
- Assist with partnership outreach and follow-ups
- Support wholesale and stocking initiatives for wellness products
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai
- Strong spoken and written English is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, professional, and organized
- Comfortable interacting with clients
- Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working within a wellness and lifestyle environment
- Comfortable with both operational and client-facing responsibilities
- Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, retail, sales, or client relations
- Experience with order fulfillment and logistics coordination
- Familiarity with wellness products or holistic lifestyle brands
- Additional languages are a plus but not required
- This is a dynamic, multi-functional role within a founder-led business environment
- Adaptability, initiative, and professionalism are extremely important
