Sales Operations Internship
Offers a unique opportunity to apply your financial and analytical background to support our E-commerce team while gaining hands‑on experience in sales operations, commercial analysis, and business development within a fast‑paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the E‑commerce team with sales analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
- Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and profitability analysis for products and campaigns
- Conduct market, competitor, and pricing research to support commercial decision‑making
- Monitor sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Update and maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM and reporting systems
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and reports
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain
- Final‑year student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of financial modeling is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
- Interest in E‑commerce, sales operations, and commercial analytics
- Experience with data analysis tools or CRM systems is a plus
- Internship duration from 3 to 6 months, and potential for full‑time employment upon successful internship completion
- Mentorship from experienced e‑com professionals
- Real‑world experience with tools and strategies used in high‑performing sales organizations
