Position: E‑Commerce Sales Ops Intern — Mentorship & Real‑World Experience

Sales Operations Internship

Offers a unique opportunity to apply your financial and analytical background to support our E-commerce team while gaining hands‑on experience in sales operations, commercial analysis, and business development within a fast‑paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the E‑commerce team with sales analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and profitability analysis for products and campaigns
  • Conduct market, competitor, and pricing research to support commercial decision‑making
  • Monitor sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance
  • Update and maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM and reporting systems
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and reports
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain
About You
  • Final‑year student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of financial modeling is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Interest in E‑commerce, sales operations, and commercial analytics
  • Experience with data analysis tools or CRM systems is a plus
