The Partnerships Associate will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Partnerships and New Businesses, as well as the broader loyalty team. Their role involves implementing partnership strategies, managing loyalty partners to boost revenue, enriching customer experiences, expanding the customer base, and gaining deeper customer insights to realize the program’s goals. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and possesses strong attention to detail.
ROLE PROFILE
- Conduct research on prominent players across different industry sectors and maintain updated records.
- Investigate the loyalty programs within these sectors, analyzing their customer value propositions.
- Regularly update the partnership pitch deck to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Participate in discussions with potential partners.
- Aid in the creation of business cases to support partnership initiatives.
- Help nurture relationships with current partners.
- Monitor and assess partner performance and KPIs related to partnerships.
- Contribute to the development of management reports and provide data-driven insights to improve partnerships and refine partnership strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in partnership or customer experience roles, or similar relevant positions.
- Bachelor’s degree required; additional qualifications related to the role are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced skills.
- Capable of preparing and supporting business cases, proposals to potential partners, and legal agreements.
- Charismatic with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Professional demeanor with confidence to represent Majid Al Futtaim effectively to external stakeholders.
