RoMea Surgery Supply Chain Sr Specialist

Position Overview

The RoMea Surgery Supply Chain Sr Specialist is responsible for managing E2E SC activities for the Surgery franchise, including demand planning and key events management. The role collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders to meet franchise needs in the short term and support long‑term growth, bringing efficiencies across franchise SC operations.

• Forecasting and IBP Management: Maintain and analyze sales data across brands, sub‑brands, SKUs, distribution channels, demand groups, and locations. Gather and document assumptions from historical data and business intelligence. Produce unconstrained base demand plans using statistical modelling in collaboration with Central planning. Validate activity calendars and events forecasting. Facilitate IBP processes to reach consensus and alignment with stakeholders.
• Analysis and Forecast Accuracy: Analyze gaps (financials, capacities, inventory) and drive alignment between business functions. Measure and track forecast accuracy at all levels and initiate continuous improvement actions.
• Risk Management and Inventory Health: Identify, manage, and communicate supply criticalities outside the frozen horizon. Prioritize action plans with regional supply planners. Mitigate RA‑transition risks in the Middle East. Coordinate with marketing and commercial teams to validate forecasts and ensure adequate stock build during blackout periods.
• New Product Introduction (NPI): Own local NPI project management from the supply‑chain perspective. Collaborate with regional planners, regulatory, marketing, commercial and operations teams to ensure on‑time launch. Manage PIPO changes at SKU level and communicate to stakeholders. Maintain product codes via Data Governance.

• University degree in Engineering, Business Management, or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain
• Hands‑on experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning and IBP
• Prior ERP experience
• IBP experience or qualification
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to create and present reports
• Expertise in Excel and proficiency in Word and Power Point
