The Trade Manager owns the commercial performance of the ecommerce business across the GCC. The Trade Manager leads all trade planning, budgeting, and forecasting across markets and zones, drives sustainable growth, protects margin, and ensures every commercial moment is planned, executed, and optimised.
The Trade Manager works cross-functionally across the business and leads one direct report. Combining strategy with hands-on execution, the role requires strong commercial instinct, a proactive trade mindset, and the ability to influence and align teams. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment that demands commercial instinct, operational rigour, and the ambition to constantly push the business forward.
Trade strategy, performance & budgeting- Own and drive ecommerce sales and gross margin targets across all GCC markets; monitor performance closely and react to risks and opportunities quickly.
- Monitor the full ecommerce funnel — from on-site behaviour through to operational performance.
- Identify gaps and put in place actions to maximise performance across all stages.
- Own the ecommerce budgeting and forecasting process across all GCC markets, zones, and departments, ensuring cross-functional alignment at every level.
- Lead the weekly trade meeting, ensuring structured updates, clear actions, and accountability; maintain a consistent commercial rhythm and proactively flag performance issues and opportunities.
- Stay close to market trends and competitor activity to keep the business reactive and commercially agile.
- Own the promotional calendar end-to-end across all key trading moments, new season drops, and markdown periods, ensuring every moment is commercially planned, aligned, and well executed.
