Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
* Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance team members’ sales skills and product knowledge.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies within Traze.## Requirements
* Proven experience in a sales leadership or team lead role, ideally within financial services or Fin Tech.
* Strong understanding of investment products, trading platforms, and financial market dynamics.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide a sales team towards achieving challenging goals.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
