Relationship Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager RM with experience in the Forex FX trading industry.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing Forex trading clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, support and issue resolution.
• Regularly engage with clients to increase trading activity and retention.
• Assist clients with platform understanding (MT4/MT5 or similar) and trading processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (dealing support, compliance) to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services.
• Monitor client performance and provide insights or guidance where required.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in CRM systems.

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager / Account Manager in the Forex industry.
• Strong understanding of Forex trading, platforms (MT4/MT5), and market basics.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong problem‑solving and coordination skills.
• Target‑driven with focus on client retention and trading volume growth.
• Existing portfolio of Forex clients is an added advantage.
• Multilingual candidates are preferred.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading behavior.
