We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in the investment sector. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead and execute effective sales strategies that drive growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify, approach, and convert high-value prospects into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored investment solutions.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize client acquisition and retention.

Requirements
