Responsibilities

  • Drive high‑priority strategic initiatives originating from the CEO / Chairman’s Office in Property Development and Real Estate industries.
  • Translate leadership vision into structured execution roadmaps, programs and measurable milestones.
  • Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives across business units and functions.
  • Collaborate with business heads, operations, finance and external partners to ensure execution.
  • Manage complex cross‑functional transformation and business initiatives.
  • Track progress, identify risks and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.
  • Prepare high‑quality executive presentations, dashboards and board‑level updates.
  • Support leadership reviews, steering committees and strategic decision‑making forums.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of program status and outcomes.
  • Support enterprise‑wide strategic planning and transformation programs.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives, expansion strategies and organizational priorities.
  • Act as a trusted extension of the leadership team, ensuring execution discipline across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in top‑tier consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Big 4, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG Strategy, Deals, Advisory arms.
  • Strong background in strategic execution, business operations or enterprise program management.
  • Experience managing high‑visibility initiatives with CXO‑level stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands‑on in execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, proactive, and execution‑oriented mindset with ownership and proactive execution capability.
  • MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution preferred.
  • Experience in industries such as Property Developers, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Airports, Energy and large conglomerates.
  • Exposure to board‑level reporting, executive governance or transformation programs.
