Manager, Business Development

Main Job Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, markets and industry sectors for business expansion
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects through various channels
• Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to inform business development strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders to drive business growth
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client needs and objectives
• Prepare and present business proposals, presentations and pitches to prospective clients
• Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress and performance metrics regularly
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and emerging opportunities to identify growth areas
• Participate in networking events, industry conferences and trade shows to expand professional networks and generate leads
• Provide timely and accurate forecasts and insights to senior management on business development activities and outcomes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes, tools and methodologies
• Uphold the company s values, brand image and reputation in all interactions and engagements
