Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, market trends, industry shifts, and opportunities for growth in the digital space.
- Generate new leads through networking and outbound communication.
- Assist in maintaining client relationships and managing CRM databases to track engagement and outreach.
- Support the creation of proposals, pitch decks, and business development presentations.
- Organise and participate in client meetings and follow‑up communications.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and business development activities.
Initial Interview
Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll schedule an interview to get to know you better and discuss your background and experience.
Step 2:Skill Assessment
After the interview you’ll receive an online assessment designed to evaluate your business development skills. The assessment includes several tasks related to strategy, client management, and market analysis, as well as scenarios that simulate the real responsibilities of the role. You’ll have up to 1 hour to complete it.
Step 3:Follow‑up Call Interview
Based on your performance in the assessment we’ll schedule a follow‑up call or interview to discuss your results and answer any questions. If everything aligns, we’ll provide an offer.

LogisticsThis is a full‑time permanent position based in Dubai.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
Applicants must currently hold a valid UAE residence visa that allows legal full‑time employment in the country.
