Responsibilities
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and ensure cost-effectiveness for all purchases
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of all purchase orders
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including production, sales, and finance to align procurement activities with overall business objectives
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Possession of relevant certifications, such as APICS or CIPS, is highly desirable
- At least 3‑5 years of experience in a purchasing or supply chain role within the manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated experience in international procurement and import/export regulations is a plus
