Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast workforce supply and demand aligned with organizational strategy and key initiatives.
- Analyze internal and external factors affecting workforce trends, including economic conditions, technological advancements, and labor market dynamics, and provide forward‑looking insights.
- Support the development and enhancement of workforce planning frameworks, policies, and guidelines across multiple business units.
- Identify organizational and sector‑level skill gaps and recommend initiatives to address them in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Provide advisory support on organizational design, including structure development, job design, and job descriptions, ensuring alignment with defined standards.
- Review and assess workforce plans submitted by various departments and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct workshops and awareness sessions for HR teams on workforce planning methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Evaluate workforce planning requests related to projects, restructuring, or new initiatives and provide informed recommendations.
- Review workforce budgets in line with planning outputs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for alignment.
- Deliver data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making, including defining KPIs and tracking performance.
- Monitor workforce planning KPIs and prepare regular performance and progress reports.
- Contribute to operational planning through data analysis and continuous enhancement of workforce models.
- Support internal teams in executing workforce‑related initiatives and projects effectively.
- Analyze workforce data trends and prepare reports highlighting key insights and observations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of workforce data.
- Participate in meetings and workshops related to workforce planning, data analysis, and strategic alignment.
- Utilize digital tools and business intelligence (BI) systems to collect, process, and analyze workforce data.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports with actionable recommendations aligned to business objectives.
- Conduct benchmarking studies and research global best practices in workforce planning.
- Maintain proper documentation of workforce data, methodologies, and analytical outputs in line with internal standards.
- Perform any additional duties related to workforce planning as assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a significant plus.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast‑paced industry such as finance, healthcare, or e‑commerce.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data manipulation, with a strong understanding of database design and management.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, showcasing the ability to create compelling visual narratives.
