Responsibilities
Manage complete operations of assigned client account.
Act as primary point of contact for client coordination.
Handle HR operations including onboarding, documentation, employee coordination, and compliance.
Ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
Travel to client locations as required.
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
Work closely with internal recruitment and operations teams.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications- 3–7 years of experience in HR operations / account management / staffing industry
- Strong client handling and communication skills
- Ability to manage accounts independently
- Business development mindset preferred
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
