Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Analysis - Gather, organize, and clean data from various sources including databases, existing functional reports, customer feedback, market research, industry trends, benchmarks, and internal systems; apply analytical techniques and tools to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations within the data.
- Business Understanding - Monitor and collaborate with business stakeholders (Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Perfumery operations, etc.) to understand key business tracking indicators and functional reports related to growth, revenue, product line, design, packaging, customer acquisition, retention, and market share; design and maintain dashboards and reports for the CEO.
- Forecasting and Predictive Analytics - Build statistical models and use predictive analytics to forecast future business performance, customer behavior, and market trends; develop scenarios and simulations to assess potential impact of different strategies on growth.
- Process Optimization - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks; conduct process analysis, mapping, and optimization to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
- Data‑Driven Recommendations - Translate data insights into actionable recommendations; create visually appealing dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to the CEO, senior management, and Business teams.
- Data Governance and Compliance - Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy and confidentiality; establish data governance practices including documentation, security, and access controls.
- Executive Support Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and ensure the CEO’s schedule is respected; act as gatekeeper and gateway, creating win‑win situations for direct access to the CEO’s time; communicate on behalf of the CEO with staff, clients, and teams; coordinate outreach activities with the Strategic Core team; draft letters, correspondence, and other tasks to support the CEO’s leadership; prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters proactively under deadline pressures.
Skill Sets Required
- Financial and analytical acumen; proficiency in reading and interpreting financial statements.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and vendors.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem‑solving with strong decision‑making capability.
- Emotionally mature and highly resourceful team‑player, effective independently.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Track record of achieving high performance goals and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
- 5+ years of experience supporting C‑Level Executives, preferably in an agile and competitive organization.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
- Practical exposure and hands‑on experience in Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
