Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CRM systems tailored for sales operations
- Build modules for strong lead management pipeline tracking and client lifecycle strong
- Design and develop RESTful APIs for CRM and third-party integrations
- Integrate CRM with tools like Whats App APIs email systems and dialers
- Automate sales workflows lead assignment follow-ups reminders reporting
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to understand requirements
- Optimize system performance and ensure data security
- Maintain databases and ensure smooth data flow across systems
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI
- Hands-on experience building or customizing CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience with databases (Postgre
SQL, MySQL, Mongo
DB) - Familiarity with Git version control
- Understanding of sales workflows and CRM processes
