We are seeking a motivated and results‑oriented Business Development Executive to join Ozland Services.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and service offerings tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Good knowledge of MSOffice and CRM tools
