Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities and partnerships
• Generate leads through market research, networking and outreach activities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations and negotiations
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue target
• Analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates
• Prepare regular reports on business development performance and forecasts
• Represent the company at meetings, events and industry forums when required

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
