Tajik-Speaking Partner Relations Manager

• Develop and implement partner retention strategies aligned with the company’s overall strategy to enhance loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
• Act as the main contact for partners, fostering strong relationships through personalized support.
• Monitor partner satisfaction, gather and utilize relevant feedback to improve experiences and tailor initiatives accordingly.
• Analyze partner behavior to uncover opportunities for upselling and customization of products and services.
• Stay up to date on company products and marketing promotions and communicate them effectively to partners.
• Communicate ideas and suggestions for platform improvements to the Business Development teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in partner retention, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the company’s retention efforts.
• Undertake any other relevant tasks as assigned.

• Degree in any business‑related field.
• Client handling experience in the financial services sector will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent Tajik speaker with excellent oral and written skills in Russian and English.
• Reliable, with integrity of character.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, innovative and target‑oriented.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Valid work permit required.
