A leading Facilities Management company in Dubai is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facilities Management sector
- Generate leads and build strong client relationships across UAE
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations
- Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, and pricing submissions
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth project execution
- Achieve sales targets and contribute towards company growth
- Maintain strong knowledge of FM services including hard and soft services
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Experience in Facilities Management industry in UAE is mandatory
