Manager Business Development - Oncology Services

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of the hospital's Business Development Strategy and Marketing Plan in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring defined KPIs and measurable outcomes.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
• Drive initiatives to increase patient footfall across Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IP) services, including oncology services.
• Expand the hospital's network by empanelling external doctors and strengthening referral channels.
• Enhance physician engagement and loyalty through structured service excellence and relationship management initiatives.
• Oversee and support local and regional marketing activities to promote hospital services and expand market reach beyond the immediate catchment area.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, recommending strategic improvements.
• Ensure accurate tracking and management of client interactions, communications, campaigns, and stakeholder databases.
• Schedule and lead meetings with new and existing doctors to explore collaboration and business growth opportunities.
• Represent the hospital in professional forums, networking events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to develop business proposals, service packages, and pricing structures.
• Undertake assigned responsibilities as per the business development initiatives at the hospital.

• Overall 10+ years of experience in healthcare with minimum 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in business development – oncology services.
