Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and deepen client engagement. Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to gauge satisfaction and address any concerns before they escalate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to meet client expectations effectively.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred to equip candidates with essential knowledge. At least 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a financial services or consulting environment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts effectively to showcase results-driven performance.
