Customer Experience Center Administrator WHAT’S THE ROLE?
The Customer Experience Center (CEC) which is located at the Hilti DIP office, is the venue used to host Customer Events, Product Demonstrations, and trainings. The role of the Customer Experience Center Coordinator will be to manage the space, as well as to coordinate with various stakeholders including Marketing, Logistics, Sales, and the Learning and Development teams.
WHAT DOESTHE ROLE INVOLVE?
- Welcoming customers to the Customer Experience Center (CEC).
- Managing bookings and use of the facility, during customer events, training or product testing.
- Inventory management of Hilti tools and consumables.
- Coordinating the logistics and shipments of tools and equipment for the marketing and sales team members.
- Event Management during launches and customer events; e.g. booth set‑up and supplier management.
- Quality checks for the CEC owned tools, and booking service or repair as required, as well as managing the Center’s tool inventory.
Each new employee takes part in our ‘Welcome to Hilti’ Training to experience our corporate culture as part of the onboarding period.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:- Proficiency in English, written and verbal.
- Spoken Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Malayalam is an advantage.
- A Bachelor’s Degree;
Engineering or Construction experience is an advantage. - Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously.
- Highly organized and able to create an organized and easy‑to‑follow system for others.
- Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
- Valid UAE driver’s License.
- Currently living in Dubai, or willing to relocate within the UAE.
