Overview

MW Global Capital LLC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Business Setup Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of company formation, documentation clearing and PRO services. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and the ability to manage clients throughout the entire business setup cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end business setup processes for Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore companies.
  • Handle all documentation clearing, submissions, renewals and approvals with UAE authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, etc.).
  • Oversee PRO services including visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates , license renewals, cancellations and related government transactions.
  • Guide clients through required documents, timelines and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain relationships with government departments and service centers.
  • Track and manage deadlines for all applications, renewals and approvals.
  • Ensure accuracy and proper filing of all documentation.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and ensure a smooth professional experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Train and supervise junior staff involved in documentation and PRO tasks.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in UAE business setup, documentation clearing, or PRO services.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE government portals and regulations (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and client‑handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and government online systems.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong negotiation and follow‑up abilities.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead documentation processes efficiently.
  • Experience dealing with high‑profile or corporate clients is a plus.
