First Line Sales Manager – Respiratory

ROLE SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities Includes

  • Develop and align with supervisor a territory plan with short‑ and long‑term objectives, KPIs, key customers, and strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets while prioritizing strong financial performance and operational commitments.
  • Conduct market analysis—market dynamics, segmentation, penetration, expansion—and allocate resources to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to win tenders, maximize advocacy, and increase consumption.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Coach a high‑performing, efficient, and productive team.
  • Support team members’ career development and progress.
  • Create a culture of trust, diversity, and collaboration.
  • Attract, recruit, develop and retain talent.
  • Comply with AstraZeneca core values and ethics.

Essential for the role

  • Minimum seven years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with proven success.
  • Respiratory experience is a must.
