Operations Internship – Dubai

We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for a high‑calibre local graduate (graduated with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in the last 12 months) to join our MEA Operations team on a 12‑month internship. From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business. Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as the opportunity to network with senior executives, and for some, international travel, and involvement in regional conferences.

Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open space office, located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have approximately 214 team members based in the Dubai office, we are a social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA region from here.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of our Executive Team, during this internship you will directly support the Vice President of Operations Arabian Peninsula working closely with his team to coordinate a range of activities, projects and presentations.

• Driving the awareness of employment to people of Determination (People with a Disability) within the hospitality industry
• Support with the Customer Promise goals within the region.
• Analyse and present the Stay Experience scores to the leadership team.
• Organizing and supporting conferences & events across the region and industry.

• First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company, and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values.
• You must have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the last 12 months.
• You must be able to undertake a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month graduate internship, from 14th July 2025.
• Hospitality or Business Management related degree is preferred.
• Must be living in the UAE and eligible to work full-time.
• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• The candidate will be well organised and will have the gravitas & interpersonal skills to hold their own in front of senior level stakeholders.
• You will need to be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at any one time.
