Samsung Care+ Manager Position Summary

This position is responsible for the regional product management of the Samsung Care+ service stream. Key deliverables include driving sales and attach-rate of the service, overseeing regional and local partnerships, internal stakeholder coordination and communication to enable smooth customer experience during and after sales. This person shall also be responsible to ideate and drive new growth and revenue generation opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Establish and drive product strategy for Samsung Care+ and identify new growth opportunities
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and consumer behaviour to identify key performance indicators
  • Analysis of market trends, marketing, and promotional activities for competition to support our plans
  • Closely work with Customer Service to enhance experience and reduce customer VOCs
  • Drive channel expansion (mainly organized Retail, Carriers, B2B and Pure Players)
  • Design programs and initiatives to drive attach rate
  • Oversee regional Samsung Care+ P&L for all markets and channels
  • Influence key stakeholders across the organization to drive business objectives
  • Responding to ad-hoc requests from the MENA or Suwon Office & communicate effectively with local stakeholders
  • Support the introduction of new lines of business across the region until they’ve reached critical mass (as-needed)
Skills and Qualifications
  • Requires 8+ years of working experience related to product management role in the industry and Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years
  • Accountability for revenue targets and P&L management
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate sales & M/S data into actionable insights
  • Data visualization — Capable of assessing, analysing, and presenting data, trends, and sales potential/challenges
  • Capable of analysing promotional effectiveness & impact on sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Internally and Externally)
  • Commercial finance background considered a plus for the role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI is a plus
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently
