Product Planning Section Head

• Lead market research and analysis to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities
• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives
• Develop and own product roadmaps, including feature prioritisation and release planning
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across product, design, and delivery
• Analyse user feedback and performance data to drive continuous product improvement
• Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics to measure success and identify enhancements
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimisation
• Manage team performance, development, and resource planning while supporting organisational goals

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field
• 6+ years' experience in product planning, product management, or related discipline
• Proven experience leading product strategy and roadmap development
• Strong background in digital products, platforms, or customer experience initiatives
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and KPI‑driven decision making
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills across complex organisations
• Strategic thinker with a track record of innovation and delivering results
