A leading global consultancy headquartered in the UK is seeking a senior Business Development leader to drive growth across the Middle East. This is a strategic, market‑facing role with responsibility for building pipeline, developing key client relationships, and expanding the firm’s regional footprint. As Head of Business Development for the Middle East, you will own and execute the regional growth strategy, working closely with consulting leadership and delivery teams.
You will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, nurturing senior client relationships, and positioning the firm as a trusted advisor across priority sectors. This role combines hands‑on business development with strategic leadership, requiring a strong understanding of regional markets and how large enterprises procure consulting and advisory services.
- Lead business development strategy and execution across the Middle East
- Build and manage relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders across key accounts
- Originate, shape, and close complex consulting engagements
- Partner with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to develop compelling propositions
- Represent the firm at industry events and within regional networks
- Provide market insight to inform go‑to‑market strategy and long‑term growth plans
- Proven experience leading business development for a consultancy or professional services firm in the Middle East
- Strong track record of winning and closing complex, high‑value engagements
- Established regional network across enterprise and government clients
- Commercially astute, credible at board and C‑suite level
- Comfortable operating in a senior, autonomous role with regional responsibility
