Principal - Analytics

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and revenue generation by identifying and winning new client relationships to achieve sales targets
• Own and expand strategic client accounts, serving as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor
• Lead the creation of compelling proposals, RFPs, and capability presentations for integrated analytics offerings
• Solve complex client business issues using expertise in forecasting, pricing strategy, market access, and commercial modeling
• Oversee the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, including scoping, delivery, and post-project follow-up
• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams of professionals across multiple geographies
• Develop and refine proprietary methodologies, tools, and frameworks to drive competitive advantage

• 12+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical commercial analytics (forecasting, market research, pricing, etc.)
• Extensive experience leading and developing large teams of 20+ people
• Proven track record of managing client portfolios and influencing C-suite stakeholders

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS) in a quantitative field, life sciences, or business
• 10+ years of progressive experience in life sciences consulting or the pharmaceutical industry
• Established professional network within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry
• Experience as a partner, principal, or senior leader at a consulting firm

• Competitive base salary ($275,000 - $325,000) plus generous incentive compensation
