Franchise Operations Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Menu creation and new product development
• Food costing, pricing strategy and profitability control
• Franchise support and SOP development
• Product innovation and recipe standardization
• Sales, supply chain and inventory management
• Marketing support and business growth initiatives
• Brand compliance and quality control across outlets
• Overall business performance monitoring and operational management
• Franchise operations support and expansion development
• Developing and improving franchise systems and processes
• Training and development of franchise teams (kitchen staff, store managers and operational personnel)
• Developing training manuals, operational guidelines and learning materials to ensure consistency across all franchise outlets
• Coaching, mentoring and supporting franchise owners and management teams to improve operational efficiency and business performance
• Assessing training needs, identifying skill gaps and implementing continuous improvement programs
• Supporting new franchise openings through pre‑opening and post‑opening training and operational assistance
• Monitoring training effectiveness and ensuring compliance with brand standards, food safety, hygiene and quality requirements

• Strong chef background with hands‑on operations management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5‑7 years of experience in franchise operations or multi‑unit management
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies
• Strong understanding of franchise law and compliance requirements
