SALON MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and onboard hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, and support staff.
• Prepare employee schedules and manage attendance.
• Monitor staff performance and productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Resolve employee conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure clients receive high‑quality service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Supervise day‑to‑day salon activities.
• Ensure smooth appointment scheduling and client flow.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Support marketing campaigns and social media activities.
• Monitor local market trends and competitors.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE salon management experience (mandatory).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Arabic and/or Filipino language is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage daily salon operations, staff scheduling, inventory, customer relations, and sales targets.
• Only candidates with relevant UAE salon management experience will be considered.

• Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 + attractive incentives.
• 6 days per week.
• 12‑hour duty.
