MIS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategies.
• Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify data requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by conducting regular data audits and implementing quality control measures.
• Assist in preparing, maintaining and updating records for master list of documents, PPE, calibration equipment and related records, first aid and fire fighting records, IMS records for internal and external audits, HRM, QHSE, RTA Energy and waste management performance records.
• Assist in preparing, maintaining and analyzing all department objectives, KPIs and RTA’s PRM related reports and submitting them to HR and QHSE Manager on a monthly basis.
• Assist in reviewing HR and HSSEQ correspondence and maintaining document control system records.
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing non‑conformities, accidents and hazardous occurrences and reporting findings to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in MIS or data analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Microsoft Certified:
  Data Analyst Associate are highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
