Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
  Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and market share, aligning with the Companys priorities and objectives.
• Collaborate with business development, sales and marketing teams to align data insights with tactical execution.
• Partner with local teams to address market-specific challenges (cultural, regulatory, or operational).
• Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the business development team.
• Respond to client inquiries efficiently, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent development strategies with business goals and monitor employee performance evaluations.
• Monitor competitors activities and assist in gathering marketing intelligence.
• Report to the management and team members with client feedback, market intelligence and business trends.
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
• Assist management in budget planning and ROI analyzing and evaluation.
• Assist management team with necessary project data collection and coordination.
• Enhance and implement Standard Operations Procedures and Company Policies.
• Serve as a liaison between leadership and regional teams to ensure strategy execution.
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned.

• University degree or equivalent in Business / Commercial Management or related major
• At least 4 years' Project Management, Operation Management, Business Development or Sales experience
• Finance background is preferred
• Strong business acumen and market sense
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organization skill
• Positive thinking, high degree of self motivation, collaborative, persistent and result orientated
• Willing to work under tight timeline and pressure
• Proficient in Mandarin and English;
  Arabic language skills are an advantage but not a must
