Over the course of 12 months, graduates will engage in a comprehensive development program that combines continuous on-the-job learning with diverse assignments across the firm.

Additionally, formal training will enhance your leadership and collaboration skills, while a dedicated mentor offers valuable support throughout your learning journey.

• Audit & Assurance – Join our Audit team and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. You will review financial statements, assess controls, and support clients in meeting regulatory and reporting standards – a vital role in building trust and transparency.
• Advisory – Step into a dynamic environment where you will help clients solve complex challenges. As part of our Advisory team, you will analyse business issues, develop strategic recommendations, and support clients as they navigate growth, transformation, and change.
• Tax – Become part of our Tax team and learn how to guide clients through the complexities of tax laws and regulations. You will support tax planning, compliance, and advisory work that helps businesses operate efficiently and responsibly.

• Recent Emirati graduates passionate about building a career in professional services.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Economics and related fields.
• Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
