About the Role

We're not hiring a relationship manager. We're hiring someone to build the commercial engine that connects Deriv's products to the next million traders.

Partner-driven growth accounts for a significant share of Deriv's $700B+ monthly trading volume. This role owns a meaningful part of that engine — building and scaling high-value IB, affiliate, and strategic partner portfolios across Southeast Asia, MENA, Africa, and LATAM.

The quality of decisions made in this role — which partners to recruit, which markets to prioritise, how deals are structured — directly shapes client acquisition, trading activity, and long-term revenue across multiple regions.

  • AI handles 65%+ of customer enquiries autonomously — with genuine judgment, not decision trees
  • 400+ internal users on our workflow orchestration platform
  • Partner onboarding, lifecycle management, and operational workflows are AI‑assisted and continuously improving

You won't just use these systems — you'll help improve them by identifying workflow gaps, shaping operational feedback loops, and working with product and engineering to scale how partner operations run globally.

What You’ll Do Regional partner growth
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies across your assigned markets. Identify, recruit, and grow high-value IBs, affiliates, fintech partners, and strategic alliances aligned with Deriv's growth objectives.
  • Own acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth across your portfolio. Analyse performance trends, identify gaps, and implement commercial improvement plans where needed.
Commercial strategy and deal structuring
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, commission models, and incentive structures that balance scalability, profitability, and long-term partner success.
AI‑enabled operational scaling
  • Work with AI‑enabled systems to improve how partners are sourced, onboarded, and managed tner with product and engineering to improve automation logic, lifecycle management, and commercial tooling.
Team and market leadership
  • Contribute to commercial standards, pipeline quality, and market strategy across the wider GP team. Support junior team members through mentorship and operational best practices.
Industry representation
  • Represent Deriv at conferences and partner events including iFX Expo, Finance Magnates, Forex Expo Dubai, and regional growth events.
Who You Are
  • Strong experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate growth within online trading, FX/CFD, fintech, or other performance‑driven digital ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of how IB and affiliate ecosystems operate commercially — acquisition economics, commission structures, partner psychology, and lifecycle management
  • Commercial instincts combined with operational discipline and strategic thinking
  • Comfortable operating across multiple regions, cultures, and regulatory environments
  • Able to build credibility with experienced brokers and affiliates through business judgment and market understanding
  • Active user of AI tools with a clear view of where automation creates leverage and where human judgment remains critical
  • Experience with CRM systems, partner platforms, and data‑driven commercial workflows
Good to have
  • Experience across MENA, Africa, LATAM, or Southeast Asia
