Roles and Responsibilities

  • Internal Coordination:
    Liaise with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Product for partnership specific topics.
  • Track timelines across active work streams internally and externally from partner launches to ongoing live projects; flag delays early.
  • Prepare clear status summaries and progress updates for the Partnerships.
  • Process & Launch Support:
    Monitor ongoing live partner activities, campaigns, reporting, and tech updates; surface blockers or gaps that need attention.
  • Maintain trackers, action logs, and timelines to give the team full visibility of what is in progress and what is pending.
  • Serve as the coordination layer between the Partnerships team and internal stakeholders, ensuring the right actions and timelines are communicated.
  • Have a complete overview and up-to-date knowledge of Partner products and offerings.
  • Support partner-facing communication when needed to ensure a timely and professional response.

    • Accurate record keeping.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Prior experience in a coordination, operations, or support role is an advantage but not required.
  • Comfortable liaising with multiple teams and seniority levels.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities without losing attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a strong follow-through on commitments.
