We build trusted, simple, and affordable payment experiences for our customers and solve for challenges such as increasing electronic payment coverage, increasing purchasing power at checkout, mitigating transactional risks, and offering payment insights.

We are seeking a senior and experienced Business Manager to join Payments Team in UAE. This is a crucial role which will be at forefront of both internal leaderships/stakeholders and external ecosystems to shape the growth and development of Co‑branded Card in UAE. The role will drive the card acquisition, customer engagement, program execution & health, actionable customer insights, and business reporting;

in collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders. This role is based out of Dubai, UAE.

Key job responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the card acquisition and engagement programs.
  • Uphold & innovate a strong long‑term customer value proposition.
  • Drive balance adoption of the customer value proposition and strong affinity for rewards usage.
  • Ensure program compliance.
  • Customize and execute seasonal or purpose driven campaigns for special events or business objectives respectively.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights, and define actionable improvements.
  • Track program health, budget utilization and conduct business reporting to internal and partner leaderships.
  • Define monthly/quarterly/yearly business plans.
  • Periodic benchmarking of best practices and value propositions.
  • Drive program success through effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams, such as product, marketing, operations, finance etc.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Experience working in a fast‑moving consumer business.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
  • Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
  • 6+ years of experience in managing credit/debit card portfolio and its acquisition/engagement programs. Experienced in management of P&L, budgets, program performance, and business reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of professional or military experience.
  • MBA.
  • Experience in managing credit/debit card product and business portfolio.
