Job Summary

Our client, a leading provider of irrigation and landscaping services, is looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth & Revenue Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in landscape maintenance and related services. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Generate leads through market research, networking, site visits, and industry events. Involve in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. Negotiate contracts and close deals to increase company turnover.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Handle client concerns professionally and coordinate with operations for effective resolution. Develop long‑term partnerships to secure repeat and annual maintenance contracts.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends in landscape maintenance and facility services. Analyze competitors’ activities and recommend strategies to stay competitive. Identify emerging opportunities in commercial, residential, and public sectors.
  • Process & Procedure Improvement: Develop and improve business development processes and reporting systems. Standardize proposal templates, pricing strategies, and follow‑up procedures. Coordinate with operations and finance to improve project costing accuracy. Implement CRM systems and improve lead tracking methods.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with operations, estimation, procurement, and finance departments. Ensure smooth handover of secured projects to the operations team. Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in business development (preferably in landscape, maintenance, or facility management industry).

Strong understanding of contract‑based maintenance services.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
