Procurement Intern

Role Overview

The Procurement Intern will support the procurement team in sourcing, vendor management, and day-to-day purchasing activities. This role provides hands‑on experience in supply chain operations, negotiation, and compliance with company procurement policies.

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
• Support the preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
• Collect and analyze supplier quotations to support decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier databases.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods/services.
• Support cost analysis and reporting for procurement activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (finance, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Assist in compliance checks with procurement policies and procedures.

• Exposure to procurement and supply chain management practices.
• Hands‑on experience with vendor negotiations and contract management.
• Understanding of ERP systems and procurement software.
• Development of analytical and communication skills in a corporate environment.

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be a Chinese or Mandarin speaker.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Internship is paid.
• Certificate of completion will be provided.
• Potential for full‑time employment based on performance.
