We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our leading recruitment platform team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients within the recruitment and job portal industry.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and lead the execution of new sales and client retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the recruitment, marketing, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
- Monitor account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and business results to share with internal teams and clients.
- Resolve client issues effectively and promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, preferably in recruitment platforms or job portals.
- Strong understanding of recruitment industry trends and online job marketplaces.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Competent in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self‑motivated and proactive with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
