Director of Market Structure, Liquidity & Exchange Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead exchange listing initiatives across Tier-1, Tier-2, and emerging digital asset exchanges.
• Design and manage liquidity pools and token pair strategies across decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
• Develop exchange liquidity strategies to support healthy order books and efficient price discovery on CEXs.
• Advise leadership on tokenomics design, including emissions schedules, vesting structures, and staking incentives.
• Oversee token distribution programs such as airdrops, staking programs, and vesting systems.
• Build reporting frameworks to monitor liquidity, volume, market depth, and token circulation.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure market activities meet regulatory frameworks.

• 7+ years of experience in capital markets, digital assets, trading, or exchange operations.
• Direct experience managing or supporting token launches.
• Proven track record with centralized exchange (CEX) listings and relationship management.
• Hands‑on experience designing or managing liquidity pools on decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
• Deep knowledge of market microstructure, liquidity provisioning, and trading behavior.
• Experience working with professional market makers, trading firms, and liquidity providers.

• Experience launching Layer‑1 blockchain tokens.
• Experience with validator ecosystems, staking systems, and node economics.
• Strong quantitative, financial modeling, and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with Solana, Cosmos, Ethereum, and EVM ecosystems.
• Understanding of global digital asset and financial market regulations.

• Part‑time equity and token‑based cofounder opportunity.

• Token allocations in the Autheo blockchain.
