A reputable company in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in sales management preferably in the Indian market. Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide training and guidance to the team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management preferably in India
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Results‑driven with a proven track record of achieving targets
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with other benefits. This is a full‑time position without accommodation provided.
