• Graduate or post‑graduate degree (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of people‑leader experience.
• Background in English Language Learning (ELT) and K12 education.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Experience managing the end‑to‑end tender process, ensuring timely delivery of compliant, compelling, and commercially sound bids.
• Proven history of success in sales management and achieving ambitious targets.
• Outstanding leadership and team‑building skills to empower others.
• Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Adaptability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.

• Global matrix experience a plus.
