This is a hands-on role in a lean, fast-moving environment ideal for someone who wants real ownership and exposure, and who wants to help build a company through M&A rather than operate inside a large corporate structure.

Clear CommunicatorYou can present a complex thesis to a board or explain a deal structure to a founder in plain language.
What We Offer- Equity / ESOP participation with meaningful upside tied to platform growth.
- Direct access to founders and real decision-making from day one.
