Traveling Butler​/Household Manager

We are looking for a proactive individual with strong multitasking skills and exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate should be adaptable, have a positive attitude, and be prepared to accommodate a flexible schedule including firm traveling with the family across the UAE, Europe, and Latin America.

• Managing the household, including planning and overseeing regular services and deliveries
• Serving meals, snacks, tea, canapés, cocktails, and other food and beverage items
• Handling correspondence, visiting post offices, processing returns, and receiving deliveries
• Keeping records and conducting the inventory of household purchases
• Assisting with packing and unpacking parcels
• Organizing and managing household supplies, closets, and storage areas
• Greeting and welcoming all guests to the home
• Running errands, grocery shopping, placing online orders, etc.
• Acting as a point of contact in emergencies, inspecting and securing the property, and informing management, security services, and law enforcement
• Sourcing the best prices and purchasing necessary household goods
• Monitoring and reporting on household budgets and expenses

• Proven experience in household management, butler service, or personal assistance
• Ability and flexibility to travel
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Educational background in Hospitality, Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus
