We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our international broker network and expand business opportunities across global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with brokerage firms, generating qualified leads, and maintaining strong business relationships to drive revenue growth.

This role is ideal for professionals looking to build a career in international business development within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new brokers and channel partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms across international markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through broker networks, partnerships, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Support the conversion of business opportunities and facilitate the smooth handover of qualified leads to the internal sales team.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of broker partnerships, leads, and business development activities within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Broker Relations, Channel Sales, Partnership Management, or Real Estate.
  • Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Broker Management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to engage with international stakeholders and business partners.
  • Strong networking and client acquisition capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Fluency in English;
    Arabic language skills are an advantage.
