Sales Manager, Healthcare IT – UAE

Senior commercial role responsible for driving partner‑led growth in the UAE healthcare IT market. Own channel performance, forecasting, business planning, and cash collection. Acts as a trusted executive interface to key partners and, when required, directly manages strategic healthcare accounts.

• Define and execute UAE channel strategy across distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
• Build and manage a robust sales funnel and own accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
• Prepare and execute annual and multi‑annual business plans aligned with revenue, margin, and cash objectives.
• Ensure strict credit control and timely collections in collaboration with finance and partners.
• Directly engage and manage strategic key healthcare accounts to secure or accelerate deals.
• Drive partner performance through governance, enablement, and executive‑level engagement.

• Senior healthcare IT sales experience, preferably PACS, RIS, or as a channel leader.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market.
• Proven record in partner management, forecasting, and business planning.
• Solid commercial and financial acumen, including credit and collections responsibility.
• Executive‑level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
