• Client Delivery and Development
  • Manage project and client teams to solve complex business issues in core capability areas, applying rigorous quantitative and qualitative skills to deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Lead day‑to‑day project management of large work streams with minimal supervision, identifying value creation opportunities and driving successful outcomes.
  • Review, lead, and develop analysis required to support project delivery, including client interviews, workshops, presentation materials, and client conversations.
  • Work on topics such as strategy development, go‑to‑market (GTM), investment optimization, growth strategy, capability set‑up, operating model design, process design, and analytics development/implementation.
  • Develop and sustain senior executive client relationships, remaining highly attuned to client needs and market trends, and produce thought leadership pieces.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting analysts and consultants to build and enhance core consulting skill sets.
• Practice Building
  • Contribute to the development of the ATIOS and broader Accenture Strategy practice, building offerings, assets, and thought leadership.
  • Support internal business development by conducting industry and company‑specific research, market scanning, and financial analysis, and by developing client proposal presentations.
  • Develop and coach other strategists, leading by example, actively mentoring, and contributing to performance management and training activities.

• Undergraduate degree from a leading academic institution.
• 4‑8 years of professional experience, preferably in a strategy consulting firm working in the capital or commodity markets, or a relevant industry role.
• Knowledge of global market operations and an understanding of commodity trends or global equity markets.
• Preferred exposure to one or more of the following industries (not mandatory): commodity, energy markets, utilities, agriculture, metals, mining, capital markets, public equities, fixed income, alternatives, private equity, etc.
• Track record of project management, client‑facing roles, and team leadership experience.
• Familiarity with recognized strategy frameworks and techniques, research and data analysis, and strong quantitative skills (Excel VBA minimum, other modeling packages a plus).
• Experience in business case development, financial analysis, and understanding of financial statements.
• Experience leading and contributing to complex strategy consulting engagements.
• Demonstrable exposure to digital analytics or applied intelligence is a distinct advantage.
• Strong communication skills;
  Arabic speakers preferred.
